Foster and Heanes are an Approved MOT Test Centre. We offer MOTs on all makes and models of car and light commercial vehicles and will ensure your vehicle is safe, reliable and conforms to legal requirements.

Our fully licensed MOT Test Bays use the latest MOT Testing technology. Foster & Heanes carry out Class 3 and 4 MOT Testing, and have one-man test bays which enables a single technician to carry out the MOT test on your vehicle, making it a much more personal and efficient process.

FREE MOT Re-Tests if returned within 10 working days

Many garages charge for MOT re-tests, but with us it is FREE! Should your car fail the MOT and you choose to get the repairs done elsewhere, as long as you return the car within 10 working days, we will re-test the car for free.

MOT Reminders

You can choose to receive your MOT reminder by post or email one month before your MOT is due, giving you plenty of time to get the car booked in at a date and time convenient to you.

At Foster & Heanes, we provide a range of car service packages - standard services as recommended by car manufacturer specs, from interim servicing for the high mileage car user to full services that includes all areas of essential maintenance, as well as fully customised services that takes the car's history into consideration to ensure it only gets what it needs and not what it doesn't.

Our servicing takes place at both Foster & Heanes garages - the MOT, Service & Repair Centre in Dogmersfield and the Alfanatic and VW Autos Service Centres in St James Road, Fleet, where we specialise in the servicing of Alfa Romeos, VWs, Audis and BMWs.

Using Autodata Online we have access to all car manufacturers' technical specifications and requirements, enabling us to service your car to the correct level. We have also invested in the latest hi-tech diagnostic tools, so you can be assured we can deal with the very latest in automotive technology.

A thorough inspection of the vehicle will take place to ensure it complies with industry regulations, and any mechanical issues or safety concerns will be highlighted in the report. Once the service is complete, we will let you know if there are any advisories and will openly discuss any problems that require further investigation or immediate attention, in which case, we can provide an additional quotation. You have our absolute guarantee that we will only ever recommend additional work if it is necessary to ensure the car is safe and roadworthy.

There are some unscrupulous service centres who may convince you that you need parts that are later found to be over-inflated in price or totally unnecessary, but our strong reputation and long history in the motor industry will hopefully instil some confidence that we will not in any way mislead you. If additional work is necessary, this will not be undertaken without your permission, or without prior consultation and your agreement on price.

Free Courtesy Cars for local customers

Free courtesy cars are available to customers who are local to the Fleet or Dogmersfield Service Centres. We may, on occasion, be able to arrange a courtesy car outside of the local area, depending on availability. Foster & Heanes currently have 8 courtesy cars in the fleet.

Free Local Collection and Delivery

We understand that our customers sometimes find it difficult to drive their car to the service centre due to work or family commitments, so we now offer a FREE car collection and delivery service to all customers who live or work local to the Dogmersfield or Fleet Service Centres. As you can imagine, this is very popular with our customers, and as we need to ensure we have ample staff to cover the service centres whilst the driver collects your car, we just ask that you please call in good time to arrange your car service and collection time slot.
