About us
Feeling world-weary and in need of some R&R? Perhaps you have a health niggle, or stress-related symptoms? Then a visit to Fountains Court could do you the world of good.
Our staff are all dedicated to your wellbeing and the therapists are all professional individuals with years of experience and continuous practice.
We are a non-denominational and non-sectarian establishment and recognise that to change the way we feel we need to look at the whole of our life - our physical wellness; our mental and emotional states and our soul-contentment.
The treatments and therapies at Fountains Court can help on all these levels and we have divided them into three categories of mind body soul for ease of reference.
Change should be natural, un-forced and enduring. Our Treatment Centre is a special place of inspiring music, healing colours and soft light. There are 4 treatment rooms – lilac, pink, yellow and green.
We do not provide nursing care and do not claim to cure or diagnose, however, our Bespoke Health Breaks are individually designed to suit your needs are tremendously popular, please contact us for advice.

Wow ! I'm still buzzing in a truly heightened state of euphoric bliss and feeling totally refreshed, revitalised and ready to rumble following a thoroughly enjoyable, tremendous and much appreciated stay here on 25th to 28th Oct.2013. All the staff were amazing, attentive, friendly and caring (I developed a soft spot for Helen and Gilly). They made my stay all the more fulfilling and worthwhile. The other guests were friendly too ! Relaxation and recuperation (post-operatively) is what I needed and my entire time here was just that. Having carefully chosen and booked various treatments when I originally booked this short break (make sure that You book them to avoid disappointment), it allowed me to totally unwind and "switch off" from my busy World. Proper "Me time". The food was scrumptious and tasty too. Leave your watch at home, there is time aplenty for everything here. I'm very much looking forward to my next stay here next summer, which I will definitely book once my holidays have been confirmed at work. Many thanks once again. #lush
