I have been on a medical journey over the last few years where doctors can’t seem to find out what is wrong with me! One visit to see Keith and I was able to open my left eye for the first time in nearly a year! I have a carvernoma in my left temporal lobe, constant migraines, tachycardia and hypertension and Finctional neurological disorder I experience stroke like symptoms the most severe one which left me being unable to open my eye since January this year. Speaking with Keith initially on the phone he diagnosed me with Interstitial cystitis I was amazed as have been back and forth to drs with UTI symptoms but no UTI found I hadn’t mentioned my symptoms to Keith so knew he was genuine from day one! Upon my first visit Keith diagnosed me with Toxoplasmosis which was causing my eye issues! I hadn’t realised it was causing my sight to fail but as he gave me healing I felt very aware it was a really strange feeling but a wonderful one! And suddenly everything looked vivid and colourful I honestly didn’t realise my sight was different until this point! Since diagnosing the Toxoplasmosis and being treated by Keith within 24 hours so was able to open my eye! I hadn’t done this for nearly a year!!! he also diagnosed me with chrons, ulcerative colitis, Epstein Barr virus, myocarditis. Again I hadn’t mentioned my stomach/IBS but I had done a feccal occult test which was positive and since my first visit with Keith I now have a negative feccal occult test and my IBS symptoms have got better! My eldest daughter has chrons disease and an colostomy bag and my other daughters have IBS so it is a family thing but thanks to finding Keith hopefully this will be a thing of the past! Keith found I was intolerant to Milk Gluten Wheat among others and he has desensitised me and I now no longer have bloating, pain after eating! I have completely cut milk out of my diet and feel so much better! I honestly can’t thank Keith enough, three years at the doctors and getting worse each month and one visit with Keith and amazing results! My second visit with Keith was just as good! My ECG results are now normal and I don’t have tachycardia or hypertension or myocarditis! Can’t wait till my next appointment! Thank you so much!

Excellent Practicioner
I have been going to see keith for over 10 years and have found that many medical issues have been resolved even when doctors have been unable to help. I have more faith and confidence in Keith than my local GP by far and will continue to see him on a regular basis going forward.

Keith is amazing!! I used to be a sugar addict and in very poor health. I was told I would be dead in less than 2 years due to a serious health condition. And my disease has disappeared. Something that apparently there is no cure for and I have been cured. No disease identified. I followed Keith's advice and my life will never be the same. I am still alive 4 years later and think of Keith every day. I owe him a lot and would like to become trained in what he does. Maybe one day. He is literally better than any doctor or specialist I have ever met. Thank you Keith. you are truly wonderful.

Life changing - everyone deserves this level of care and attention.
I visited Keith following a recommendation from a friend. I was at a very low point after years of undiagnosed symptoms and feeling like I was just extremely ‘unlucky’. Minutes into my appointment, Keith was able to pinpoint the source of my symptoms and explain to me the connection between them. I cried with relief and shock. Years of what seemed like ‘random bad luck’ suddenly made sense and was carefully explained with reference to medical studies. I had never experienced this level of attention/medical care before, even though I’d had years of struggling, undergoing tests and referrals with the NHS, paying for private doctors and being rushed into hospital for reactive treatment. Nobody had the answers (or cared to find them for me) and I was simply given painkillers. In just one appointment with Keith, I am no longer confused. I am very clear on my issues and how to resolve them. I feel relieved, hopeful, and my only regret is that I didn’t go to him sooner. I cannot recommend Keith enough. He will give you the attention you deserve and will get to the bottom of your issue. What an amazing man. I went to him having suffered all my life (I'm 74)with foods,animal,trees, grasses, flowers etc. allergies. Just 2 hours with him and I am eating every thing stroking dogs and enjoying the garden with no effects at all. If only I had seen him years ago my life would have been so different

Digestive Issues

Amazing
I was truly amazed how much Keith has helped me when the medical world just couldn't help me. With his thorough testing done on me with a lot of patience on his behalf it certainly has worked for me. We always have a laugh, he has cured me of various ailments that I have suffered for years and told there was no cure or that I didn't have certain conditions, Keith has cured me. He also simplifies things when explaining them to you. his knowledge is second to none. My only regret is that I never went to him earlier. I have complete faith in his healing abilities.

Simply the best
Hi my name is Mark watkins.i have been a patient of Keith for 14 months to date...to give you a brief insight I have diagnosed with parkinsons disease by Keith something to this day doctors have failed to do..I also had 18 other things that I found out I ad wrong.so to date with a bit of discipline and tuition from Keith I'm rid of nearly all of them..so if you are reading this and still unsure DONT be get in touch with Keith and change youre life..Keith 's professional approach and knowledge is second too none..we always have a smile and a joke in each session and I always love going there to see how far I've progressed in my journey..I will probably have to live with parkinsons but now it holds no fear now I Own it..thanks again Keith 🙏

Juvenile psoriatic arthritis
Hi my name is Rebecca McTavish I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis at the age of 15 the doctors told me I would be on medication for life. I started out on sulfasalazine which did not agree with me. Through my weekly blood test they found my white blood cell count had dropped so low I was rushed to the hospital with suspected sepsis. I was swiftly moved onto methotrexate which was more of the same and made limited, if any, improvement towards my condition or the pain I was in. A friend of my mums recommended me to The Four Winds Healing Centre and when I arrived I was so disheartened by all the things the Doctors had previously said. However, Keith was so lovely, calming and explain the root cause of the problem which made complete sense and reduced my anxiety immediately . He did loads of test which showed lots of different problems and Keith explained that the amalgamation of these problems had led to my condition but it was curable, which I thought would be impossible. Keith advised me on what tablets would help with my condition - there were a lot but soo worth it. I went to see Keith quite regularly after the first appointment and there were small improvements every time I went. It took about 3 months for me to notice but all the small changes added up an after this time my psoriatic arthritis had completely gone and all the pain I was once in was non existent. I love going to see Keith he always educates me but in ways that make complete sense and are relatable for anyone. I’ve been going to him for over ten years now and have not had a reoccurrence of my “condition that would be with me for life”! Recommend him to anyone :)

Highly Recommended - Cured my severe IBS
Until very recently, I had suffered from severe IBS all my adult life (i.e. around 30 years) which caused various debilitating and unpleasant symptoms on a daily basis. After many hospital visits and tests including two gastroscopies and a colonoscopy, I was eventually told that my IBS could not be cured. I heard about the Four Winds Healing Centre through a friend and so I sent an email listing my symptoms. I received a reply from Keith stating that he was fully confident that my illness was totally reversible and that my digestive system would be restored to normal - this was before I had been to see him. At that point, I didn’t believe him, given all the medication and elimination diets I had tried over many years without success. After several visits I am thrilled to say that all my symptoms have entirely disappeared, something I never would have dreamed possible. I now live, eat, sleep and breathe better and have much more energy. I am in my early fifties and haven’t felt this good since I was a teenager!

Absolutely Amazing
I was referred to Keith by a friend. I was really suffering with extreme bowel problems, stomach pains, cramps, the need to rush to the toilet at the most inconvenient times, making my life unbearable and embarrassing. Many visits to the doctors and various scans and blood tests had led me to the next option of a colonoscopy which I really didn’t want to put myself through. Keith with his specialist techniques diagnosed many problems and intolerances which had led me to this position, even picking up Epstein-Barr virus which had caused me to be off work for 5 months back in 2015. Following his directions on natural supplements to take and a change in diet for 5 weeks, I am now ‘normal again’. It is absolutely amazing. I would recommend Keith to anyone, he is knowledgeable, understanding and nothing short of being a miracle worker. My husband has also been to see him about high blood pressure which has dramatically reduced following Keiths advice Absolutely amazing!

An Amazingly Knowledgeable Man!
As a teacher of thirty young children on a daily basis, I needed all my energy and positive thoughts, but I had been feeling very low and poorly. I was diagnosed by doctors and hospital with ulcerative colitis and IBS. The next years were spent taking high doses of steroids with all the awful side effects. Then the dosage would be gradually reduced, only to suffer a further flare up and the whole process would start again. A friend referred me to Keith who gave me his diagnosis of gluten intolerance at our first meeting. With a careful diet and Keith's professional healing, I can honestly say that I have never looked back since. I consider myself completely healed, BUT when I tentatively mentioned my intolerance and changed diet to the doctors at the hospital, I was told that homeopathic medicine was of no help or relevance at all and to carry on with the high dose of steroids for the foreseeable future. However, I put my trust in Keith and to this day have taken no more steroids. I feel well, my energy and my stability have returned. I still see Keith for 'maintenance', and will continue to do so for as long as he is available. He is most knowledgeable and professional. He will listen to all symptoms before making a considered opinion and he has never let me down. A 100% spot on diagnosis and cure. Thank you so much Keith.

Best thing you will ever do
I was recommended Keith through a friend as her and her family have all had amazing experiences. For many years I suffered with anxiety and depression, type 2 diabetes and very low energy, amongst other issues. I tried medications etc from the doctor but nothing worked and I continued to feel worse and worse which was so frustrating that I had to try something different. Within a couple of months of seeing Keith and following his advice, I felt like a different person. My energy was back, my anxiety and depression disappeared, my blood sugars decreased. I had so much energy I didn't know what to do with myself! I can honestly say I feel like a different person and this has had a massive impact on my life. Remarkable Man
I was recommended by a friend to see Keith after years of suffering with chronic bouts of stomach pain. I had seen my doctor several times, had an endoscopy to be told they were unable to diagnose or find anything, given tablets but it just was not healing. Keith detected certain illnesses which led to this problem and talked me through why I had certain symptoms and also intolerances to certain foods. He sent me an essential supplement list to take and nearly halfway through and feel a lot better! My husband is booked in to see Keith soon and a lot of friends are contacting for an appointment. His knowledge, experience and passion is unbelievable!

ATtruly Memarkable Man
I first visited Keith in 2015. My first visit revealed a long list of ailments that no GP would ever have discovered. My vitamin b12 deficiency, that was completely ignored by doctors, leaving me with permanent neurological damage, was only the tip of the iceberg. I am eternally grateful for being introduced to this incredibly knowledgeable man. I was so impressed by kinesiology, that I am currently doing a course in it. |My whole world has taken a completely different course, and that is thanks to this amazing man. eye opener
After having chemotherapy over a year ago and feeling fatigued a lot. went to Keith for some help/ advice. He tested me for various allergys etc. He recommended changing diet and gave me a lot more help than the Doctors I had seen who did not say what had caused me to be ill.

Magic!!
Since having major thoracic surgery in April i had Been really ill, loosing loads of weight, major dizzyness, sickness, loss of appetite, trouble sleeping and just over all feeling very ill, this was on top of recovering from my operation. After going back and forth to the DRs for 5months, with no luck as they didn't know what was wrong with me and kept putting it down to 'you have had major surgery, give your body time' September I was recommended Keith, on my first visit he diagnosed what was wrong with me straight off, I had a number of stomach viruses, h pylori, chrons and the list went on. Within 2 months I went back after taking the medication and changing my life and diet as required, Keith has given me back my health my life and hope for the future. I owe this man everything, I admit at first I didn't believe what he was saying but I took a leap of faith and he truly is remarkable at what he does. 'Magic'

Healed!!
I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and have experienced multiple food intolerances and allergies for 15 years since travelling to Borneo and have lived on a very restricted diet for all that time. Since being treated by Keith and following his advice on what supplements to take, all the symptoms associated with the CFS have gone and I am enjoying a normal diet. My two sons have had gluten and lactose intolerances which has led to them being excluded and sometimes bullied in school for being different. My older son was also struggling with his working memory and concentration requiring referral to an educational psychologist. They have since been treated by Keith and my eldest son has just come back from PGL, eaten what everybody else has, enjoyed time with his friends and we have just found out he is moving into the top class when he moves to comprehensive school in Sept. My youngest son, used to have terrible mood swings' irritability and restlessness (despite being on a restricted diet and being outdoors in nature most of the time) which we attributed to low blood sugar, these have gone since seeing and being treated by Keith. Keith has also healed my husband who would be violently ill if he ate eggs, he now enjoys omelettes, etc . These food difficulties have made life very hard, especially when wanting to travel anywhere and be accepted everywhere, since sharing food is fundamental in all cultures. Now, we are all finding our taste buds again and excited about eating out and travelling. I am a nurse and have spent many years trying to heal our family with limited success, and then we met Keith. Under active bowel
Our daughter has been on a vast amount of medication since birth for chronic constipation. After more hospital admissions than I care to remember, Mri scans, biopsies and general anesthesics Keith healed her! Last year Keith was recommended to me and after 2 visits our now 9 year old daughter is off all her medication and like a different child! We can't thank or recommend this wonderful man enough! Profound Healing
I first saw Keith a year ago when my thyroid was underactive and was causing a host of problems. Keith was able to detect not only the thyroid problem but other issues that I was not even aware of. Within months of seeing him and following his instructions, I felt like a different person. I recently saw him again this time for problems related to my kidney and within minutes he was able to get to the root cause and to recommend the appropriate treatment. He is a remarkable man - very humble, gentle and genuinely compassionate. He does not sell supplements and there is nothing commercial about him and the way he works. It took 8 weeks of going back and forth to GPs, private GPs, A&E and paying privately for a scan (while I waited to see Keith) for me to get no relief, just high doses of antibiotics and painkillers. It took Keith 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong and the source of the problem. I went in almost in tears and left with a bright smile on my face, feeling that I was well on my way to recovery. Keith is truly a blessing to us in Wales. I cannot recommend him highly enough and I literally tell everyone I know who has any health problem to go to Keith... actually, I nag them until they do. Fantastic
I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease when I was 24, although I had been back and forth to doctors since the age of 20. I am now 44, so have suffered for awhile. Having been on long term medications over the years and on and off steroids. Last year I just seemed to be getting progressively worse. Longer courses of steroids didn't work and the consultant just wanted to operate. Keith was recommended to me and I had my first appointment in February. I have now stopped taking all medicines prescribed to me my the consultant and just take all the vitamins, minerals etc that Keith recommended. Little tweaks to my my as well and I feel so much better. From being in constant pain when I first visited to only very occasional bouts. I highly recommend a visit to Keith.

Update following my first review
Thought I would post an update following my first visit to Keith last September. Keith treated my hayfever on my first visit so I was waiting for spring to arrive to see if the treatment actually worked. I am pleased to say that the hayfever has disappeared. No more antihistamines or Ventollin for the asthma which I used to get in the spring/summer months. I have never felt better. The palpitations have disappeared and I feel full of energy instead of the constant feeling of lethargy. I am so thankful that I was introduced to Keith. He has changed my life for the better. Incredible Man
I am a Brain Tumour patient at Velindre and in October 2010 it was suggested by my oncologist that due to the type of tumour( Glioblastoma Multiforme Level 4 the probable survival period was 12 to 18 months, I then met Martyn a fellow brain tumour patient I whom introduced me to Keith, an introduction that has undoubtedly extended my life! Today I am in my forth year and just received the news that a scan has failed to detect the tumour and if this is the position on the next 3 monthly scan they would even use the word remission. I am no medical expert but if you read about my diagnosis then this simply does not happen. I credit this to Keith, he has guided me these last several years changing my diet to one that is alkaline, providing me with advice on vitamins, cleansing and particularly providing me with the belief that we can beat this dreadful disease. This man is truly exceptional person with incredible knowledge, patience and skill. I always following a visit to Keith feel that anything is achievable and I without hesitation would recommend Keith for his healing ability, as I said truly incredible man . Bless You! x

Speechless
Myself and my husband went to see Keith to help with our fertility problems that we have had over the last 10 years. We were welcomed, made to feel relaxed and comfortable within his setting. Keith explained what he was going to do to help us, throughout the whole 2 hours we were with him whilst he carried out his amazing procedures we were both speechless. I walked into his house not knowing what to expect and I floated out a different person. For the last 3 years of being treated at the hospital I no longer feel just 'A Number'. I am looking forward to visiting Keith again next week to see what other amazing procedures he has in store for me. On Keith's advice I have already changed a number of things within my daily life and feel so much healthier and happier for it. I went to keith when I was diagnosed with prostate cancer last year. my PSA was pretty high and I went to see keith who was excellent, he picked up things I never knew was wrong with me. after advising me to take a lot of tablets which are totally natural, after a few months I went for my final appointment to check how my cancer was doing and my PSA went right down to 0.04 which was fantastic. keith is always there if needed and I find him worth his weight in gold, I still see him and I really don't know how far my PSA would have gone down without keith. I totally recommend him to anyone, delighted with the excellent service I have had and still receiving. thank you keith . from William Bryant.

Miracle Man
Keith is nothing short of a miracle worker. Myself and my family have been to see him a number of times over the years.for various reasons. My mother had been diagnosed with Urtacaria and Rhinitis by the doctor given strong steroids and antihistamines for the forseable future and put on a 3 year waiting list to have alergy testing on the NHS. She suffered tremendously for about 18 months until Keith was recommended to her and within a matter of a few weeks all of the symtoms had gone and never reappeared. From my point of view I have gone mostly out of interest. However, after 2 miscarriages at the age of 38, the doctor told me no help or fertility testing was available on the NHS. I sought Keith's advice and he told me what vitamins I was deficient in, foods I was intolerant to and gave the electronic acupuncture. He also told me I had hashimotos disease but I did nothing about it. The next cycle I was pregnant for my beautiful son. 2 years later after suffering from what I thought was post anatal depression. The doctor had me on anti depressants and I wondered why I was still so tired. I asked him to test my bloods and it came back with.... Lo and behold.... hashimotos disease (hypothyroid) which has similar symptoms to depression. When my son was tiny he was having lots of problems with reflux and stomach pains, it took 5 months going through doctors red tape for them to tell me it was a milk intolerance. Keith told me in 2 seconds flat. Although I would always say go to your GP. If you go there and get no joy - Keith is definitely worth a visit. Keith will explain to you exactly what your body is doing and why. Even better he helps you fix it through diet. I will say though, getting an appointment with keith is like winning the lottery. He is so busy. But if you leave a message for him, he will get back to you, even if it's in a few days or weeks time. He spends quite a bit of time,away, perfecting his craft on courses. He is definitely worth the wait though.

Amazing
I had my first consultation with Keith last night and I wish I had gone years ago. He got to the root problem of why I am feeling so tired all the time. I have been having palpitations for months now and was scared to go to the doctors. He detected that I have an over active thyroid. He treats the problems with no drugs. As I have only just visited I cannot comment on if there is improvement in my health but I will re post once I see the improvement. I will recommend to my family and friends. AMAZING!!!!!! Thank you

i had psoriasis covered all over my back and on my joints, it was so bad i couldnt sleep, i had to run a bath early hours of the morning, the pain was so bad i'd scream and cry whilst geting in the bath. i was told by keith that it was food i was allegiced too. so i started eating plain rice, fruit, veg and made my own homemade recipes, as well as having electro-puncture with keith and suddenly all my psoriasis had gone. i even had a stomach ulcer and that went too.
