Clearly moved my car but used cd palyer,heating lighting but didnt turn them off.Left lights in auto position so that each day it got dark lights came on.low battery warning when i returned to collect car. Took car parking coins from centre consol.Very rude and abusive when complaint made.Refused any details of ownership of business and had no complaints procedure. Levy a surprise payment to ferry passengers to terminal which is not shown on when booking on line. Dirty scruffy parking area down narrow lane
