We went to let with them. Every time we satisfied a criteria they found something else to ask. We got the distinct impression that they didn't want us and finally caught them out lieing on several occasions. Also they wouldn't hold the house for more than 3-4wk! All landlords need at least 1mth notice so that makes it nearly impossible to rent with them.
