Disappointed

My daughter was driving with Frank for a year, he’d turn up late most times and bring her back early. On her test day, he was 20 minutes late for her pre driving lesson and when I called, told me he’s was just back from holiday and hung up. She, understandably, was a nervous wreck. I’ve just had her assessed by another driving instructor who was shocked at the knowledge he has taught her and in his option, Frank has just went through the motions with her; the things he hasn’t taught her is unbelievable. In my opinion, he has took her money and not bothered to do anything else. I’m heart broken for her as she’s just 18 and doesn’t have that kind of money to through away; nor do I. Totally disappointed but that’s what I get for not doing my homework. Please everyone, do your research before booking a driving instructor. Thank you
