Worst taxi i have never heard

First taxi driver came 15 minutes late. Second and more important he didndt move from his taxi trying to direct me to his location in the parking! I have used other companies and this has never happened before. I told him i have a baby and it was cold but he didnt care. After 40 minutes i gave up, my baby started coughing and and took another taxi. Avoid at all costs

Gary and Denise run a tight ship, this is a family firm and it shows in the difference. Luton cabs are often surly and late. Great service, very handy for airport transfers from Luton to other parts of England. Happy to recommend.
