Rushed
Service extremely rushed and not enough stylists maybe due to covid. Not sure if the owner is qualified but appears to be the make shift hair dresser. However the staff seemed quite friendly shame about the quality.

Crap
Twas Christmas Eve. No one was stirring not even a mouse. However i decided, in a drunken slumber, to trim my delicate pilus. I entered Free Zone in a manner most noble, disregarding any female who approached. Little did I know dire consequences lay in my wake. I was inappropriately mangled during the session, not that im complaining, but was a distraction to my experience. My new found appearance felt rushed and inconsiderate to my path of reaching enlightenment. I, of course, bid them a good day and continued down the high street. 3/10 would not cut again.

terrible service
i went into freezone in boscombe to ask for the price to do my hair, a lady give me a quote £60 for permanent wave; £100 for straighten(£130 if i do it in winton Branch). So i booked a appointment to do permanent wave. There was only one stylist the day i went, he was rushed when doing my hair, took every minute gap to cut other ppl's hair, leaving me with the boss( who maynot be a professional ), he keep putting these liquid into my hair, i suspected he over used those liquid, It done a lot of damage to my hair. The result of my permanent wave was terrible, my hair hasn't got any wave and it feels rock hard, it was a mess. So i go back to the store and make a complaint, the boss told me that's the way they do everyone's hair and it works. they don't understand what happen to my hair, so they assumed the problem is my hair is defferent, anyhow, he give a free treament plus £60 discount to re do my hair in boscomebe or winton. when i go back to do my free hair treatment, the same stylist show me a very bad attitude, i guess he was mad at me. nevermind! one month after that, i went to the winton branch to re do my hair, these time i want it back to straighten, i can't trust their skill for permanent wave. this lady stylist give me a price of £180 (lady A gave me a quote of £130 straighten in winton branch), i don't think there could be so much different, so i still have to pay £120 after discount. i wasn't happy with it. After all, i ended up spend £180, 12 hrs sitting in the chair to have my hair straight, but very damage and gray. it is a big let down from Freezone.

Crap
I went In there, and asked if I could make an appointment, they said no but they could fit me in then and there. They rushed cutting my hair and left it unfinished. I was absolutely dissapointed and will never go there again. They also don't speak english at front of other english people, which is rude as we have no clue as to what they speak about as they could be talking about their customers.
