French & Hill Letting Agents specialise in the letting and property management of all types of properties in Chelmsford, Braintree, Witham, Danbury, Maldon, Brentwood, Billericay, Shenfield and surrounding areas.

Our office is located conveniently in Chelmsford City Centre and we are available for valuations/viewing appointments 7 days a week, Our office is open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm but we are available for early morning and late night appointments everyday between 7am - 8pm for your convenience.

We offer three different letting services,

Let Only for the experienced landlord, Let & Rent Collection and Let & Fully Managed.

Our Managed Service is designed to remove the hassles involved with maintaining a tenanted property. This provides you with the additional convenience and reassurance that all maintenance and administration in relation to your property will be dealt with professionally on your behalf.

Rent Guarantee insurance comes FREE with our managed services for your extra piece of mind.

We are able to tailor a letting package to suit your needs, so please contact us to arrange a free no obligation market appraisal where we can advise you on your current market, the rental figure you should expect to achieve and any work recommendations. We will also advise you on your legal obligations as a landlord.
