sewage backup into laundry room and basement
We had sewage backup into our laundry room and basement. Technician was here 1 hour after calling and had a crew working all day on a new drain. With a complimentary camera scope, he found that roots of a removed city tree caused the problem and had a crew working to solve the problem all day on a Saturday. The gentlemen were very kind, hardworking and mindful of our kids and cats. Excellent service.

plumbing issue
I've had a plumbing issue in my master bathroom so I gave this company a call. Technician came right on scheduled time and did a very thorough job. I'm really pleased with the service and will highly recommend them to all my friend and family members.

Very impressed.
After a home toilet replacement installation didn't go well due to a water leaking issue, decided to call in the experts. Impressed by Friern Barnet Builders website and background details so decided to call. Just like the website says - excellent friendly service and in all only took about 2 1/2 hours from the first call to the repair being completed. George was wonderful - helpful and courteous. Will definitely recommend and/or use the company services again if the need arise.

very good service
Tony came to unblock the sinks in our basement. He was very professional and friendly. It took him a while to unclog the drain (these had been in place for 17 years) and left us with a maintenance upkeep product. We are very pleased with the service provided.

I got lucky as Mathew had a cancellation and was able to come withing a few hours. He made sure that the job was finished properly and on the same day. He even called that evening to make sure the job was done to my utmost satisfaction. I already have another job lined up for him. Highly recommended!
