After inspection we normally, depending on the situation, vacuum the carpet followed by treating each individual stain or spot. We then pre-spray the carpet with a solution especially prepared for the correct situation. This pre-spray is then agitated to break down any ingrained dirt and soil deep in the fibres. After agitation we use a hot water extraction (HWE) machine which injects hot water into the carpet as well as drying the carpet at the same time. On commercial carpet cleaning we tend to use the low moisture bonnet cleaning system rather than HWE which produces amazing results.
