We used Frontline to move house last week. It was a relatively easy move, I thought - a 3 bedroom house into a 4 bedroom house, about 5 miles away. Frontline made the whole process utterly stressful. They arrived 2 hours late, with no apology, having done "another job" in the morning. It went downhill from there. They broke the leg off an antique chest of drawers, got very aggressive when I suggested they should lift it instead of rocking it on the remaining feet. Later in the day, one of the men threatened me with physical violence ("I'll smash your head through that brick wall"). After 6 hours, they had still not moved everything yet demanded to be paid on the spot in cash. A bunch of work-shy thugs. Avoid at all costs.
