They are not professionals, they just simply suck all the wrong fuel from your car and simple as that. They offer to put some expensive additive which has nothing in it but diesel, so don't fall for this trap. At the time of putting the right fuel in your car make sure the volume of fuel is equal to what they say it is. I did inform them that you put less fuel than what you said, but they did not offer to return my money back.
