Ruth is a fantastic funeral director and understanding individual. Ruth talked us through the entire process bomber a few meetings, calls and WhatsApp's and explained everything very patiently. We received considered suggestions, options and ideas at such a difficult time when truly it was so hard to make a decision about anything. Everything was broken down into choices making the process easier. Ruth is sympathetic and experienced in her approach. She was a huge support and friend to our family at such a tragically sad time. Layout of the order of service pamphlet. Always in contact to keep you informed of the progress of funeral service arrangements.
