From the very first call with David, when he answered the phone with “How can I support you today?” our whole family felt totally supported and nurtured every single step of the way. Every member of staff we met and interacted with at Full Circle were highly professional, incredibly respectful, and we all felt their kindness. They genuinely wanted to help us to make the funeral unique and special, in celebration of our mum. Whatever we wanted, they went well out of their way to make it happen. They really were a joy to work with. They also feel fresh and forward thinking as a company, there’s something new and special about them. We cannot recommend David Moon and Full Circle highly enough! They are absolutely outstanding.
