Thank you so much for your services...As we explained at the time of your pre-inspection, the four trees in close proximity, especially the silver birch, meant a lot to us and we are ever concious that as they are in a most conspicuous position in the neighbourhood any pruning/pollarding would have to be exceptional. We needn't have been concerned. The team you sent were most professional and empathetic when they systematically lowered and reshaped them to leave a crown on the birch which fitted exactly into the overall concept. To boot, they left the site even tidier and cleaner than they found it. For this and your expert advice we are most grateful.
