Welcome to Functional Martial Arts!
We provide a safe friendly environment for you to learn, train and have fun with like minded people.
You will be learning our martial art program that will help increase your confidence, self defence, mobility and general wellbeing.
One of our main attractions here at Functional Martial Arts are our unique women's only classes that are perfect for women who may be a little nervous about starting their martial arts journey. The aim of this class is to show that martial arts really can benefit everyone by creating a little oasis for women in a much male dominated industry
Every students first class is free and the £5 per session after your first class on a pay as you go basis so come and try it out today at South Forest Leisure Centre
