dreadful
waited in for delivery and received an e mail to say there was "an issue" but they couldnt explain the issue. arranged another delivery date again an "issue" - they lost my table. finally a new table delivered but guys reluctant to erect. when they had erected there were scratches on it .

Worst delivery company in the Universe
Here we are on a Sunday mid Feb having been promised delivery originally on the Wednesday and we were told that we would get out table we ordered on 28th December within 4 weeks. In this age of fast service, this company is way behind, you would expect delivery to take a week in the 17th century! not in the 21st century. And if they cant find us I am expecting to have to wait another week as they are a small carrier trying to offer nationwide delivery.

A delivery company unable to organise deliveries
This company has held my goods for over a week before the delivery date they gave me. The goods weren't delivered on the date given. Still waiting to hear what is going to happen!

Useless
Useless company, I phoned several times to give the correct postcode after they texted with the wrong postcode. They still managed to deliver at the wrong address and then charged me an extra £30 to deliver 30 minutes away.

Appaling
Three weeks after the chairs I ordered being picked up from the shop they still hadn't been delivered to me, when I phoned up to chance them, I was told they had been missed off the van and they wouldn't be delivered for another week, at which point the (excellent) shop had to pick them back up and organised delivery with a competent carrier. DON'T USE THEM.

worst delivery company i have dealt with
this company are the worst i have ever known i have been waiting for weeks for an item thats sitting in there depot that cost a lot of money all they say is its because of the weather then they give me a date and time window for delivery and then they cancell on the day of delivery around mid-day so a day of work for nothing then told it will be at least another week before i get a second delivery date what a bunch of jokers worst ever delivery company
