Terrible company
Just bought a new 3 piece suite 2weeks ago. Have some issues with it but unfortunately they are not interested in putting the issues right. I rang and spoke to a male shop worker who was really rude and unhelpful. I have bought all my furniture here for the last 20 years and until this purchase had no issues. But the first time I do the customer after service is terrible. I'm afraid I will have to find somewhere else to buy my furniture because the service is only good if you don't have a problem. 20 years of purchase count for nothing. Feel totally let down and have a poor quality 3 piece suite. Poor service, rude and aggressive
