I fitted for them
I carried out fitting work for them; they are the most arrogant and untrustwothy outfit I have ever come accross. The owner couldn't design a kitchen to save his life. Every customer I saw them deal with was poorly treated and after handing over considerable sums of money they got shoddy service, broken promises and lies. Beware.

Fusion were very quick to take my money but then failed to supply £1500 worth of items! For 12 months they regulalry made excuses and false promises about supplying the missing items. At no stage did they appear at all concerned about their legal obligation and were very cool, calm and in fact, blase when told court action would follow to obtain my goods/money/goods to the value of what I was owed. Eventually, they stopped responding to my emails altogether.15 months after my cheque was cashed, I still do not have the items concerned. I have also heard of others who have had similar experiences. Appalling business practice. Not to be trusted. Basically they have no conscience about stealing from their clients. I would advise avoiding this company at all costs. The superb Leicht litchen can be purchased by alternative (honest) suppliers.
