Future Home Care Ltd (FHC) provides support to people with a learning disability in their own home.
Our aim is to deliver an excellent quality support service which encourages our service users to attain a high degree of independence. We provide a range of services which include; housing and support, education, leisure activities, health and well being
advice, and much more.
The support we provide is appropriate to individuals with mild, moderate and severe learning disabilities. In addition, we provide specialist services that cater for support needs beyond
the person’s learning disability, including challenging behaviour, sensory and dual sensory impairment, mental health problems, physical disabilities and autism.
We support people in a range of housing options suited to their individual needs.
This includes supporting people in their own home and in shared/supported
living schemes. Our support services are developed around person centred
planning. This ensures that the support is enabling, appropriate, and focuses
on what is important to the person.
We offer our services to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities,
those experiencing mental ill health and older adults and their families.
