Where do I start with this company. I was forced into using this company to carry out work on my property as they are in partnership with my estate agent. The work was carried out without my concent as they had deemed it as an emergency. When I recieved the bill I had thought it was quite excessive but paid as it was deemed an emergency. Two months later I was told that I had to pay for practically the same electrical repair on my water heater that I had previously paid. So I hired an NIC registered elecrician to inspect what I had paid for. To my horror he has told me that the work had been carried out to a dangerously poor standard, that a competant electrician wouldnt wouldnt leave it in that state and I should request to see the companys credentials and wheither they are competant to work on elecrtrics. When confronting future they were very rude wouldnt show me there nic registration or the engineer responsible for the works qualifications and wouldnt pay for the bad work to be put right. Steer clear from these cowboys as its only a matter of time till someones property is up in flames.
