appalling bullying harrassment
We accepted a written quote for pointing. The work done was substandard and not as detailed in the quote. The workmen were rude, used foul language and spat on our neighbours drive. We received an invoice for the work. The same evening the MD phoned my mother (whose property it is) and verbally harrassed her over the phone to agree to pay an extra £170 cash above the invoiced amount as he'd "lost money on the job". My mother was too scared to refuse. He came to collect his money and knocked on the door of the wrong property for five minutes. No thank you, just went. Have tried to contact to amend situation but no response. Appalling company, appalling service.
