Very pleased with Tony's speed in responding to my call. He called round and collected my computer within hours and then phoned with a view on my problem and how it could be fixed a couple of hours later. My computer was returned a couple of days later with the problem fixed and a lot of the rubbish taken off it to speed it up in future.
