Managing Director Graham Fenton is an experienced property investor offering all types of Financial Advice, and all of our advisers are suitably qualified as specialists in their own right.

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, number 458904, and have the necessary permissions to offer financial, pension and investment advice, as well as the Professional Indemnity Insurance cover insisted upon by the FCA.

It is only once we know what your goals are that we look at the value of your current policies and investments. From this information we are able to gauge what actions are needed to reach your financial goals and indeed whether they are achievable.

Treating Customers Fairly

Your adviser will always do the very best for you. Whenever you deal with one of our financial advisers you will receive details on the complaints procedures offered by the firm. If you wish you can request a copy of these procedures at any time.

When the adviser is advising you on regulated products (including investments, insurance and mortgages) you have the protection of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

If you are unhappy about any advice or service you have received you should firstly contact the firm that provided the advice or service. This gives them the chance to put things right and/or to provide their own version of events. Should you remain dissatisfied you can refer your complaint to FOS who will investigate the complaint independently and make a ruling. FOS work with customers and financial advisers to resolve a complaint, and when they do make a ruling it is binding upon the firm.
