They are cheaters and liars. Do not trust them. Never expect returns and refund. They send wrong or faulty stuff then refuse to take back. Be careful.

SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
Three weeks we waited for the parts we ordered, 1st delivery was broken,had to wait a week for it to be picked up without knowing exactly when they were coming, waited for another week for to find out the delivery company had delivered again but was rejected by the customer (I was waiting all day and saw no sign of there green and yellow van)and after two and a half weeks the new one still hasn't turned up. Very hard to get hold of the manager Douglas, and when we did there was untold excuses as to why it had not turned up i.e."City Link are lying to us it should be there tomorrow". These people have our money and are reluctant to give it back,they have given us a false address,the phone was put down on my husband,they have not rung back when they said they would and we have had to do with out our car for over three weeks
