Charity Event at Harewood House
I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for entertaining our guests and getting them to dance the night away at 'Perfect 10' Masquerade Ball on Saturday. The event was a huge success, we have had nothing but praise from our guests, who thoroughly enjoyed the evening within the magnificent grounds of the Harewood Estate. The evening was the perfect way to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We successfully raised well over £30,000 for The Prince Of Wales Hospice in Pontefract, which we are enormously proud of. We are now on target to hit our rather ambitious goal of raising over £100,000 for the charity over the next 18 months. Once again a huge thank you for all your efforts. We booked The Cherie Gears Band to play at our wedding reception after seeing them play at a friends' wedding. They were absolutely brilliant on both occasions and we now have friends asking us where we found them. Loads of people commented how good it was to have a live band of this quality playing at a wedding and it made the day even more memorable for us seeing everyone dancing the night away. The selection of songs they played made sure to please everyone and it was great to see so many people enjoying themselves, the band included. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
