a complete sheister
We hired this man to clean our pvc on the house (cost £250). While watched (on the back) he did a fair job, but once left to himself he left it in a very poor condition. Never cleaned round any of the upstairs windows or the front porch. When we tried to contact him to explain, he refused to answer his phone. DO NOT USE!!
