Nasty pensioner bully

Avoid this business at your peril. Ross Gaine, the owner, is a nasty, threatening, abusive bully, who thinks it’s ok to rip off my disabled grandmother. My grandmother used his courier service to transport my deceased grandfathers ashes to my aunt who was going to scatter them at his birthplace. When the urn arrived at my aunts house it was damaged, dented and cracked. Worst of all the majority of the contents were missing. We complained directly to Ross Gaine, who said he would look into. After waiting for over 2 weeks without a reply, we again contacted him. Only for him to say the item was delivered in the same condition that they’ve received it, stating my grandmothers must have damaged it, therefore there was nothing he could do about it. We contacted trading standards over the matter, also providing photographs of the urn. To our horror, this despicable person contacted my grandmother being very abusive & threatening stating it was her fault not his. My grandmother is 84yrs old
