'Gannet' A modern second floor self catering holiday apartment just off Penzance promenade

‘Gannet' is an attractive, comfortable, self catering second floor apartment with views across tennis courts to Penzance promenade. The apartment has reserved parking, a balcony with a sea view to St Michael's Mount, central heating and wifi.

There is a good size open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen. The balcony is off the lounge area, which has a Smart TV, DVD recorder and portable radio/CD player. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, washer drier, dishwasher, oven, gas hob and microwave.

‘Gannet' has a double bedroom, with a walk in wardrobe and TV, and a single bedroom. Pillows and duvets are provided and the beds are made up for your arrival. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower. Towels and hair drier are provided.

Just outside is a terrace/BBQ area (shared with one other apartment) with table and chairs, together with a lockable storage space for surfboard etc.
