Training and coaching for any professional services person or organisation in the art of creating really persuasive messages and presentations. Based upon the sciences of human communication - neuroscience, psychology, anthropology - and using the structure and techniques from classical rhetoric made relevant to modern business.We use a number of tools and techniques including: i-Lead and Social Styles, the "Kipper" tool devised by the Rhetorical Company, the "Team Kipper", the SINS questioning framework, Magic Stories (devised by John Niland), Starting with Why? (created by Simon Sinek) and Transactional Analysis (Eric Berne).
Consultancy and coaching of bid teams involved in large or complex deals. Designing the whole experience for the client audience and building the team message to be consistent and compelling. The coaching takes the bid team through understanding the competition, identifying key issues and concerns, detailed audience analysis, and message design. We use the "Team Kipper" tool devised and licensed by the Rhetorical Company.
Provision of personal coaching to individuals at different stages in their careers to help them achieve greater success in their endeavours. I bring proven experience in the public sector, have been a Partner in a a "Big 4" partnership, and a Vice President in a global corporate. I have run my own business and been a Trustee of a charity. I am an accredited coach in the i-Lead coaching system and generally use the i-Lead personal signature report as a starting point for discussion with a client. Leadership coaching often incorporates coaching in communications since this is the most important tool available to a leader.
