Negligent and worse
As a matter of public record In 2022 one of the founding directors of Garness Jones was issued with a 'cease and desist' by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors for deliberately passing himself off as a Chartered Surveyor and Valuer for over 30 years without ever possessing any of the relevant professional qualifications. The evidence that secured the 'cease and desist' included numerous valuation reports and communications on Garness Jones headed paper.
