Used Garroch and Gourlay for woodworm treatment two years ago - work carried out very efficiently, kept to timetable etc - minimum mess. They were therefore our obvious choice when following up on report of damp from the survey carried out when we first bought our property - excellent advice given that saved us some cash. We would have been none the wiser if they had done a job that did not need doing - when / if we do get damp problems would not hesitate in going back to them.
