About Us

Gasworks is a traditional family run gas engineering company that has been established since 1969, offering not only the usual domestic services but we also pride ourselves on the ability to communicate on a more personal level, through our showrooms and offices located in Southampton, Dibden Purlieu, Winchester and Salisbury.

To ensure our customers receive a high standard of workmanship, experience and professionalism, our company is accredited and monitored by several trade and industry bodies, including Gas Safe, HETAS and Which Trusted Traders. We are also Worcester Bosch Accredited Installers.

Installations

At Gasworks, we take all of these things very seriously. That's why we never use contractors; we have our own in house team of highly skilled, gas safe registered engineers. No matter which appliance or system, or how big or small, we will always ensure that you receive a professional installation. What's more, we encourage all of our customers to consider a service and maintenance plan to help keep your home safe.
We are a main agent for many of the large manufacturers, including Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Gazco, BFM Europe, Wildfire, Valor to name a few.
This means that we are an approved installer as well as being licensed to do in guarantee work.

Servicing and Repairs

Each year it is incredibly important to have your gas appliances serviced by a Gas Safe registered engineer. This helps to identify any issues, limit problems in the future, and help to keep your family safe.

Our in-house team is made up of central heating and plumbing experts, capable of seeing each appliance and system through from installation to maintenance. Spares and Fittings

Following an installation, or in the event of a problem, you may need to have spare parts or fittings replaced in your appliance or system.
We are licensed by many leading manufacturers to complete in-guarantee repairs, and our experienced team can provide a full fitting service on any replacement parts.
We keep thousands of common parts in stock, allowing us to fit them for you at the drop of a hat. What's more, we also cater for special order and harder to find parts. Finally, when it comes to gas fittings and fixing kits, we have the full range in stock.

Cylinders

Wherever there is a regular or system boiler being used you will need to have a cylinder installed where you can store all of your hot water, ready to be used for showers, baths and for the kitchen.
