Belt syllabus with regular gradings, self defense, anti bullying, black belt ethos - work on building self esteem and confidence, respect, discipline, focus, memory as well as age appropriate life skills - Lil Dragons 4-6 yrs includes stranger awareness, 999, traffic and fire safety; KidsZone 6-9 yrs includes life skills such as courage, perseverance, intensity. Juniors 9-14 yrs includes life skills, black belt ethos and self defense. Adults aged 14 and up also follows a grading syllabus as well as self defense, confident, self esteem and black belt ethos.
