The worst cleaning company in the UK Cleaning Industry!!! Absolute rubbish service, no compliance with H&S and CQC guidelines, and they never send in a supervisor unless I pick up the phone and complain!!! To make things worse, they con people into their contract which is the most deceiving things I have ever seen! Here is a sample of their T&C's which means that you are tied to a 3 year rolling contract!!!! 10 (a) The duration of the contract will be for an initial minimum term of 36 months commencing with the start of service. The contract may be terminated after the initial minimum term by either party giving to the other 3 calendar months' notice in writing expiring on the last day of the term. Thereafter the contract will remain in force and may be terminated by either party giving to the other 3 calendar months notice in writing expiring on the last day of one or more 36 months period immediately following the end of the initial minimum term. So anyone reading this initially will think that they have simply signed up for a 3 year contract and can then cancel at any time after giving a 3 months notice, but this isn't the case!!! It automatically enters another 3 year contract if you don't cancel EXACTLY on the correct date. Things actually get more interesting when you want to cancel due to standards; here is what their T&S say: 11 (a) In the event that the client believes that the cleaning is not being performed to the agreed specification, the client shall send to Global written notice of complaint. Such notice shall, with reference to each part of the specification which has not been adequately performed, specify in detail the nature of the defect in performance. Global will, within 15 days of receipt of that notice, conduct a Site Service Call to investigate the complaint and, if in its opinion the complaint is a valid one, rectify this defect. If in the opinion of the client the defect is not satisfactorily rectified by the end of the 15th day, the client shall send to Global a further written notice to that effect and if, in the reasonable opinion of Global, the Client's opinion that the defect has not been satisfactorily rectified is justified, Global will seek to replace the Sub-Contractor. If, after a further period of 15 days, in the opinion of the client the defect is not satisfactorily rectified after a contractor change, the client shall send to Global a further written notice to that effect and if in the reasonable opinion of Global the client's opinion that the defect has not been satisfactorily rectified is justified, the contract shall be terminated 15 days from the date of the further notice. Basically, I pay for a service but not only it is my job to run around and tell them what they are doing wrong when in fact they should come and check, but I also need to tolerate their rubbish service for at least two months! Also, notice how it is always down to Global's opinion whether or not things have been 'satisfactorily rectified'! Outrageous! Stay away and tell everyone you know to do the same!!!

No customer care, one sided contract, very poor service, too long contract, no customer termination clause or right to termination, will try to sue for monies owed even though not delivering service, basically no customer care or rights.

Dont go near this company!! After 18months of dreadful service they would not let me out of my contract even though I complained more than 50 times! They took me to court and I won because they breached the contact by consistently not cleaning anything!
