Reiki means 'Universal Energy' and is a form of Japanese body therapy where I channel the universal energy via my hands and through your body, which you receive without me touching you or you having to undress.

Our bodies energy systems can get out of 'balance' and Reiki therapy helps to redress the balance of our systems, and thus support wellbeing and promote better physical and mental health.

Reiki is a completely safe, non invasive complimentary therapy that can be received by adults, children and even your pets or other animals. Although, for me, there is a spiritual element, you do not have to follow or believe in any particular religion to enjoy the benefits of Reiki, you simply need to be open to the positive effects of this gentle but powerful form of therapy.
