About Us

Gem Workspaces Ltd is a not for profit company with charitable status which has been offering premises to rent to the business community since 1987. We offer high quality offices and small workshops/industrial units with easy access to the M8 at junction 11 in Queenslie, Glasgow.

The Wright Business Centre was built in 2006 to provide serviced office space. The building won a design award from The Glasgow Institute of Architects and achieved a 'very high' environmental rating from the Building Research Establishment. The construction was part financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

Our light industrial units at Queenslie Workspaces were built in 1997.
They provide 10 small industrial units ranging in size from approx. 1000 - 2000 sq. ft. suitable for a variety of uses.

The Centre can accommodate up to 250 people and has a wide and varied range of office sizes to choose from. We will almost certainly have something to suit and grow with your business.
