VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!!
They collected my car 29th Oct but didn't order spare parts until 6th November. Bad communication when phoning them as given differing info from various people. Despite asking to be called back with progress they conveniently 'forgot'. Necessary spare part not available in UK apparently. I got my car back exactly ONE MONTH later, so not at all happy. Charlie (girl in office) has not got the right attitude when dealing with disgruntled customers. 'If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen!!!
