Female Decorator NVQ 2 Apprenticeship Quailfied with Blue Skiled Worker CSCS Card and ten years experience

Hi I'm Gemma Rowe.
I have been a sub contractor sole trader for ten years now. There isn't much in the decorating industry that I haven't done from universities, colleges, new builds, care homes, luxury houses, Odean Cinema's, pubs, clubs to occupied housing.
Most of my life as a decorator I've spent on building sites, it's what I like doing most. However I've always known that I have a niche market in the domestic field. Why may you ask? The obvious answer is because I am a female trades person.
For years tradesmen have dominated the industry and most, not all, have given the industry a bad name!
The edge I have is that I communicate with the client. It's simple customer service, that makes all the difference!
Women trades people tend to be more conscientious and trust worthy. And that's why soon I intend to take on other female trades like plumbers and electricians, have a general maintaince team! I guarantee most people would prefer a women working in the house than a man. That Is my NICHE.
My OBJECTIVES are Customer Service this is also my UNIQUE SELLING POINT.
My CHALLENGE now is to bring all these things together on my own as a limited company and my GOAL is for the client to have a stress less and hopefully a more pleasant experience when their house has been invaded by trades.
