About Generations Photography
I love using amazing backdrops and stunning props to create wonderful memories and images that last a lifetime. I provide a wide range of photoshoots at my family friendly studio. Whether it be photos to capture your glowing baby bump, or precious photos of your beautiful newborn baby, or that wonderful milestone of your baby sitting up unsupported or even treasuring that special 1st birthday with a cake smash. I do not take any photos until your child has settled into the studio. Your child is in safe hands with me as I have 10 years experience of working with babies and children.
Meet the Photographer
Hi, I'm Gemma & I provide a range of photoshoots at my family friendly studio. I am a Norfolk girl born and bred. I first became interested in photography when I was a child, as my Nanny always used to take lots of photos of me and all the activities we did together. She also let me use her camera, as well as letting me have lots of disposable ones. This love of photography continued to grow into adulthood, with me always taking my camera with me on days out, walks, and holidays to capture memories and scenery, along with photographing events for friends such as children's birthday parties. The Studio at Generations Photography
I offer a range of different photoshoots for expectant parents, parents, families, babies and children from my studio near Norwich and Great Yarmouth just 5 minutes from Acle and the A47. My photography studio is family friendly and has everything you could need during your photoshoot. There is a comfy sofa with an assortment of magazines available. I also provide hot and cold drinks. There is a spacious bathroom with a potty, toilet seat cover, step stool and baby changing facilities. There are also baby changing products available. The main studio room is where I do the majority of my photoshoots. I have a separate wet room for all the messy photoshoots: cake smash, paint splash & messy chef.

Fruit smash/ splash
My son Jax had a fruit smash/splash photoshoot with Gemma, he loved interacting with the different fruits, playing and eating them! He especially enjoyed the splash afterwards making a huuuge mess, it was so fun for all of us! Would definitely reccomend doing this type of shoot for something different, the photos are amazing and not like any other photoshoot, love it as always

Amazing!!! Fantastic local photographer!!!
We have been coming to Gemerations Photography for the last 1.5 years and it has always been a wonderful experience. Gemma is welcoming, warm and friendly, she makes you feel at ease and is brilliant with babies and children. Gemma has a wonderful studio with beautiful props and has amazing photoshoot ideas. First we had a newborn photoshoot for our baby boy and she let us settle him and be close to him throughout the photoshoot and we have lovely photos to treasure from it. Then we had a Sitter Photoshoot which let us have more amazing photos of our little one. Then it was a Christmas Photoshoot, which was simply magical. Then we had a Cake Smash Photoshoot for our little one’s 1st birthday and Gemma provides everything you need for the Photoshoot, the outfits, decorations, props and even the cake, this was so much fun. Our most recent photoshoot was Valentines. We cannot wait to come back to Gemerations again soon for another photoshoot. All of the Photoshoots have been excellent value for money and you get digital images included with every photoshoot which is fantastic. I highly recommend Gemma as she is a talented photographer.

We have been for numerous photoshoots with Gemma now and are always made to feel safe and welcome. Gemma is fabulous with my little boy and makes him feel comfortable in the studio, with lots of props, smiles and singing to encourage him to look at the camera. The most recent, we had just after lockdown and Gemma has worked hard to ensure the studio is a safe and happy place to be. My little boy always has a lovely time and we will certainly be back for more pictures soon. I recieved my pictures today and they are amazing, we can't wait to get some blown up and put around the house! Thank you Gemma, we look forward to our next photoshoot with you ❤️ Highly recommended!

100% recommend Gemerations Photography
Have used Gemerations multiple times since they opened in October 2018. Gemma is the only photographer that I go to as I love each and every experience and receive great quality images. Worth every penny. We have done a variety of themed shoots and my daughter has loved each of them. Gemma is very kind and caring and is great with kids. She's very patient and can adapt quickly to suit the child's needs. My daughter can be a challenge to take photos of, either by running away or having her back to the camera but we always end up with amazing photos!
