Despicable

Worst letting agents I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, staff were rude, patronising and unhelpful, when asked simple things such as an email copy of tenancy agreements (which I had to request as I was in a different city to the tenancy agreements and I felt the need to seek legal advice because of the way george ellis treated me) I was told I would receive one and am still waiting (I no longer even live in the rental house). They were late with returning phone calls (by late I mean days late, and I had to chase them up constantly to even have the phone call returned, after promising to return calls within 10 minutes) late with sending out important emails ("I will send those out before 5pm today"… emails received maybe 3/4 days later) hope never to have to deal with them again and hope that this service I have experienced is a one off because how they are still in business if they treat all tenants this way is beyond me. As I am continuing to rent I will be sure to check which letting agent I am dealing with before viewing a house and will not even bother to arrange a viewing if the landlord uses george Ellis, no matter how excellent the house is.
