Do not use this company. They are scammers.
Please do your homework before using this company. There are reviews all over the internet from people who have been scammed by them. There is even a facebook page set up by victims. I instructed them to apply for my visa. They took my money and assured me that it was going ahead. When the deadline came and passed and no visa was forthcoming I contacted the Australian authorities and discovered that no visa application had ever been submitted by them. Nor are they MARA registered as they had claimed. I lost my opportunity to get a visa, as have many other families. I sued succesfully and won a CCJ and 5000 pounds compensation which they are yet to pay. Please do not get your life ruined as I did.I only left one star as there was no option to leave no stars

Nightmare 'agent'
Susan Johnson claimed she was MARA registered. She is not and never has been. She also took huge amounts of money from me and claimed that she had submitted my visa application. She hadn't. By the time I found out I had been ripped off the deadline had passed and I was no longer eligible for a permanent residency visa because of my age. She refused to take my calls or respond to emails. All together a very distressing experience that has cost me dearly. I am awaiting a court hearing to seek costs. I wish I could leave zero stars but I am nott able to on this forum.

Don't Waste Your Money
If I could go back, I would never have used a visa agent, and definitely not this one. They take your money and do nothing, we had to return countless forms and things that were done incorrectly. There is no customer service, if anything we were a burden to Susan. Questions weren't answered and wrong information was given. I highly recommend doing it yourself, spending a 1000 GBP on this was a huge mistake and we felt robbed. I wanted to take them to court, and in the end they actually accused us of owing them money. Save your time and money
