AVOID - TERRIBLE SERVICE

I took my car to have the alloys repaired at Gilbeys. They said the job would be 2 days. Dropping the car off on Tuesday, I expected the car to be ready for collection on Thursday, maybe Friday. I made it clear I needed the car for the weekend. Thursday afternoon, I hadn't received a call, so I called and was informed the alloys weren't done, it should be Friday. Friday afternoon I received no call, so called again and was told it may be before 6pm. I had to call back again just before 6pm and they told me it was still not ready. This wasn't acceptable as it was 3 days and the response was 'there's not much we can do about it.' No apology, no urgency, just 'what do you want us to do?' I had to call again Saturday midday and the car still wasn't done. Sunday they were closed. Monday they failed to get the alloys AGAIN and finally the car was ready Tuesday afternoon. 7 days it took them, 3 times longer than they initially told me. They cost me money for car hire. Useless service and cost me money for car hire.
