Rude, condescending, judgmental
I was surprised to learn the rude and arrogant person attending the store actually owned the business. I encountered extremely poor customer service, a condescending attitude and rude behavior. I believe he had the mistaken opinion that his prices were too high for me to afford. Having recently moved here from the US, I am furnishing a large five level home in London and needed to order a significant amount of floor covering. London has a plethora of wonderful shops with people that are more than happy to assist, especially with an order of this type. i am happily shopping elsewhere.

Great service from Gilt Edge
Gilt Edge have recently supplied and fitted new carpets into my flat. The carpet nows looks great and Des and Paul at Gilt Edge were professional and did me a great deal. Recommended.
