PLEASE READ - DO NOT GO

Wish I had read the previous review before going. Booked an appointment – was seen 50 minutes late with no apology. I wish I had ran!!! Got my hair highlighted blonde which turned yellow and there is a finger print underneath my top layer, when the worker (can even call her a stylist) was careless with the colour and bleach, then she came out with a razor and thinned my hair down, when I asked to have half an inch of shoulder length hair I now have a bob, three fingers above my hair line at the back with no volume, as it was thinned by a bloody razor not thinning sizzors. looking into formal ways I can complain. I came home and there was still bleach on my scalp and it was burning, had to wash it, 3 times, she was doing 5 people at the same time and clearly couldn't cope. DO NOT GO IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT – all stylists rent the chairs, so complaints are not taking seriously, I did not get my money back and will now need to go to a colour correctionist and hide inside until it grows!!!
