All our tenants are fully referenced and credit checked plus our friendly manner added you can see why we have never been in court. While respecting privacy and quite time we keep close touch with Landlords and Tenants whenever needed to insure potential issues are detected and sorted as early as possible so everyone is happy at the end. Tenants with no credit score yet (students like) are still welcome* aboard. All you need is a Guarantor who can pass the reference and credit checks to move ahead.
