Glamour? How could that be when they shear your dog like a sheep? What happened? Rude and offhand staff, and that was what WE saw - how did they handle our little BichonFrise? He certainly had enough of them when he left as quickly as possible and refused to communicate with anyone for just ages. We now just have to wait until his hair grows again before we can take him out - it's March still and Scotland! Very angry owner. Not sure where else I can complain!

Unprofessional
Unprofessional I took my dog a bearded collie and King Charles to this so called professional parlour. I admit that my dogs hair was matted, as she did not like being brushed, so it would have been a difficult job. I agreed to having the dogs hair cut short. My dog came back with cuts and blood on both ears and nipples. She couldn't wait to get out of the place. The owner or manager also showed me a picture she took on her i phone with my dog being shaved and said that they gave her a mohican as a laugh. What type of people would do that? The dog would have been frightened and traumatised, so why would you have a laugh at the dogs expense. I think they were completely unprofessional and obviously not trained in grooming. I would not recommend them. No star rating. It has taken me two weeks to write this as I am really upset that my dog was treated so badly and it cost me £115 for the both of them. I wouldn't have minded if they had cared for the dogs. Mary
