About Us

Glasgow East TKD teach ITF style Taekwon-do to all ages.
Our TKD Tigers specialise in 3 to 6 year olds, teaching life skills as well as basic Taekwondo.

Our junior class ranges from 7 to 12 years of age, offering a more disciplined class though still taught with the fact it's still children we are teaching.

Our adult classes are there for you to take what you want from it, be it weight loss, confidence, fitness, competition or just another hobby.Our reality based self defence is based around Mark Davies' Tactical Edge system
