I ordered a door including letterbox and handle on 31st August. It was fitted and paid for in full on the 18th October but the wrong handle and letterbox were fitted. The letterbox broke the first time it was used. I informed Glasgow Doors of the mistake at the time of fitting, and when the letterbox broke. I contacted them 3 weeks later because they hadn’t contacted me, and again 2 weeks later, still no resolution. I commented on a Facebook post last night and was immediately phoned at 9pm by Steven Campbell because he didn’t like it. How unprofessional is that? But it gets worse. He then blamed his lack of interest in sorting the problem for 6 weeks on his friends personal tragedy - who does that?! I informed him that I’d collect them from the shop so have just been. His response was, ‘Don’t start me’. I’m absolutely disgusted. My complaint on their Facebook page has been removed and I’ve been blocked. How many other customers they’ve blocked because they had the nerve to complain?
